Online Marketing & Advertising we use

The Academy of Music & Sound Group often uses Google AdWords Remarketing to market our music-based training/education courses, services or events. AdWords remarketing displays relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the Academy of Music & Sound Group Internet site you have viewed. This is achieved by placing a cookie on your machine, which does not identify you, or gives us access to your computer. Live Chat Service

At varying times, we use either ‘in-house’ or a third party provider to supply and support our real-time Live Chat service. If you use our Live Chat service, we will collect data such as your name, contact number or email address (optional) and the contents of your Live Chat session.

This information will be retained for six months. You may request details of the information of your Live Chat session if you provide your email address at the start of your Live Chat session.

Email enquiries and follow up period

We collect personal information through enquiry forms across all Academy of Music & Sound Group websites and centres. Whilst all personal information captured is deleted after a period of five years, we may continue to contact you for the duration of this five-year period unless we have been instructed to cease doing so by you (and/or your agent/representative).
