Through a process known as recognition of prior learning, we aim to save you time and reward you for your hard work and experiences by mapping these against the earlier years of the BA(hons) program, helping you to gain FAST TRACK entry into the final year of the qualification. This way, you can achieve a BA (hons) degree in as little as 2 Semesters full time or 3 Semesters part time, without the need for prior qualifications.

For those interested in developing a career in the music industry or teaching, achieving a BA(hons) is the first step in gaining the postgraduate certificate of education, qualifying you to share your passion for music in a host of educational settings. It will also help you progress much more quickly to M.Mus level, which you may need for a variety of careers such as Music Therapy.
